Redeeming Gift Cards
Customers can use their gift cards to pay for orders at your business.
How Customers Redeem Gift Cards
- Place an order through your public menu
- At checkout, select "Gift Card" as payment method
- Enter the gift card code
- The amount is deducted from their balance
- If the order costs more than the gift card balance, they pay the difference with another method
Managing Redemptions
You can see all gift card redemptions in your dashboard:
- Redemption log - See when and where gift cards were used
- Remaining balances - Track what's left on each card
- Partial payments - When customers combine gift cards with other payments
