1. Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased through Menuraq-powered menus by any visitor. The purchaser selects a denomination, provides the recipient's phone number, and completes payment. Gift card purchases are processed by the restaurant and facilitated through Menuraq's payment infrastructure.
2. Delivery and Activation
Gift cards are delivered to the recipient via the contact method provided at purchase (typically SMS or phone number). A gift card becomes active once payment is confirmed. The restaurant and purchaser are responsible for ensuring the recipient's contact details are accurate.
3. Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed at the issuing restaurant for orders placed through Menuraq. The card balance is applied to the order total. If the order exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid through another accepted payment method. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
4. Balance and Expiration
Gift card balances do not expire. Partial redemption is supported. Unused balances remain on the card for future orders. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. Balance inquiries are available through the gift card balance check page.
5. Restrictions
Gift cards are issued by the restaurant, not Menuraq. They are valid only at the restaurant that issued them and cannot be transferred between businesses. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Menuraq is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Gift card purchases are non-refundable once delivered. For disputes regarding gift card purchases, contact the issuing restaurant first. If the issue relates to Menuraq's payment processing, contact support@menuraq.com for investigation.
