Workspace users must accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Customer Privacy Notice before creating an account. Menuraq may store timestamp, user identifier, policy version, and source route to prove acceptance.
Visitors can accept all cookies, decline optional cookies, or dismiss the banner. Essential cookies remain active for authentication, security, and service reliability.
When customers place orders, request service, pay, join loyalty, use wallet features, or receive receipts, the restaurant and Menuraq process the data needed to complete and support that action.
Transactional messages may be sent for account verification, order updates, receipts, booking status, loyalty updates, billing events, and security notices.
Promotional email, campaign updates, or optional marketing messages require an opt-in where applicable. Users and customers must be able to unsubscribe or request suppression.
