1. Service Scope
Menuraq provides branch-first digital menu tools, template rendering, QR publishing, analytics, promotions, team workflows, and developer API capabilities.
2. Accounts and Team Access
Account owners are responsible for credential security, role assignments, invite usage, and all activity performed from their workspace, including team member actions.
3. Plans, Trials, and Billing
Paid features are governed by plan entitlements. Trial access, renewals, and billing status are controlled by subscription rules and payment provider verification events.
4. Content and Data Rights
You retain ownership of your business content. Menuraq may store, process, and render your content only as required to deliver platform functionality and support.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Menuraq for unlawful activity, abuse of API endpoints, credential misuse, unauthorized data access, platform attacks, or deceptive content distribution.
6. Suspension and Liability
Accounts that violate these terms may be restricted or suspended. Subject to applicable law, Menuraq is provided as-is and excludes indirect or consequential liability.
