1. Service Scope
Menuraq provides branch-first digital menu tools, template rendering, QR publishing, analytics, promotions, customer ordering, loyalty, feedback, and team workflows.
2. Accounts and Team Access
Account owners are responsible for credential security, role assignments, invite usage, and all activity performed from their workspace, including team member actions.
3. Plans, Trials, and Billing
Paid features are governed by plan entitlements. Trial access, renewals, and billing status are controlled by subscription rules and payment provider verification events. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Content and Data Rights
You retain ownership of your business content. Menuraq may store, process, and render your content only as required to deliver platform functionality and support.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Menuraq for unlawful activity, abuse of API endpoints, credential misuse, unauthorized data access, platform attacks, or deceptive content distribution.
6. Suspension and Liability
Accounts that violate these terms may be restricted or suspended. Subject to applicable law, Menuraq is provided as-is and excludes indirect or consequential liability.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are purchased and redeemed through Menuraq-powered menus. They are issued by the restaurant, not Menuraq. Gift card purchase, redemption, balance, and restriction details are governed by the Gift Card Terms.
8. Loyalty and Rewards
Loyalty programs, points, rewards, and wallet features are operated by individual restaurants using Menuraq infrastructure. Points have no cash value and are subject to the Loyalty Program Terms.
9. AI-Assisted Features
Menuraq provides AI-assisted features including menu enrichment, document extraction, import mapping, image generation, analytics insights, and the guest assistant. These features use third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it. AI features are provided as-is and Menuraq does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output. Identifying personal data is never sent to free-tier AI providers; it is only processed by providers with a data-processing agreement.
10. Refunds
Subscription, order, and gift card refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Menuraq facilitates payment processing but individual restaurant refund decisions are controlled by the restaurant.
