1. How Loyalty Works
Restaurants using Menuraq may offer loyalty programs where customers earn points for qualifying purchases. Points accrual rules, reward tiers, and redemption thresholds are set by the individual restaurant, not Menuraq. Menuraq provides the infrastructure to track and manage loyalty data.
2. Earning and Redeeming Points
Points are earned when a customer completes an eligible order through Menuraq. Points can be redeemed for rewards defined by the restaurant, such as discounts, free items, or other offers. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between restaurants.
3. Wallet and Stored Value
Some restaurants may offer a wallet feature that stores credits or loyalty balances. Wallet balances are managed by the restaurant and are subject to their specific terms. Menuraq facilitates the technical storage but does not hold or guarantee wallet funds.
4. Expiration and Forfeiture
Points and wallet balances may expire according to the restaurant's loyalty program rules. If a customer account is deleted, associated loyalty data is removed. Restaurants may modify or discontinue their loyalty programs, subject to their own policies and applicable law.
5. Program Changes
Restaurants reserve the right to modify loyalty program terms, point values, reward structures, and redemption rules. Menuraq will display the current program terms as provided by the restaurant. Customers should review the restaurant's loyalty terms for the latest updates.
6. Data and Privacy
Loyalty participation requires a customer account. Menuraq processes loyalty data (points, rewards, order history) to operate the program. This data is subject to the Menuraq Privacy Policy and the Customer Privacy Notice. Customers can request data deletion by contacting the restaurant or Menuraq support.
