Illegal or harmful activity
Menuraq may not be used for fraud, unlawful goods or services, harassment, deceptive impersonation, malware, credential theft, or activity that violates applicable law.
Customer communication abuse
Restaurants must not use customer contact details for spam, misleading campaigns, unauthorized marketing, or messages unrelated to a customer relationship or consented purpose.
Content standards
Menu content, images, promotions, and business profiles must be accurate, lawful, and not designed to mislead customers about pricing, availability, allergens, or order terms.
Security restrictions
Users may not bypass access controls, scrape protected data, attack infrastructure, overload endpoints, share credentials insecurely, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace.
Enforcement
Menuraq may restrict features, suspend accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, or contact affected parties when use creates legal, safety, privacy, or platform reliability risk.
Reporting abuse
Reports about abuse, privacy concerns, customer harm, or unsafe content can be sent to support@menuraq.com with relevant workspace, menu, order, or customer details.
