- Enter their gift card code
- See their current balance
- The balance updates automatically as they make purchases

From your dashboard, you can:
- View all cards - See all active gift cards
- Check balances - Look up any card's balance
- View history - See when cards were used and for how much
- Handle issues - Replace lost or stolen cards
