Downloading and Printing QR Codes
Once you've generated your QR codes, you'll need to download and print them so customers can scan them.
Downloading QR Codes
- Go to QR Codes in your dashboard
- Select the QR code you want to download
- Click Download
- The QR code is saved as a PNG image
Printing Your QR Codes
Where to Place QR Codes
- Tables - Use table tents, stands, or stickers
- Counters - Display at the front counter
- Windows - Place on front windows for passersby
- Receipts - Include on printed receipts
- Takeaway packaging - Add to bags and boxes
- Menus - Include on physical menus
Print Material Options
- Paper - Low-cost, temporary solution
- Card stock - More durable, good for table tents
- Acrylic stands - Professional look, reusable
- Vinyl stickers - Durable, weather-resistant
- Laminated cards - Long-lasting, wipe-clean
Design Tips
- Make QR codes at least 2cm x 2cm (0.8in x 0.8in)
- Include a short instruction: "Scan to view menu"
- Add your logo near the QR code
- Use high contrast colors for reliable scanning
- Test the QR code before printing in bulk
