Setting Up Loyalty

Setting up a loyalty program in Menuraq is straightforward. Follow these steps to start rewarding your customers.

Step 1: Configure Your Program

1. Go to your dashboard and find the Loyalty section
2. Choose your program type:

• Points per spend: Award points for every amount spent
• Visit-based: Award points per visit

1. Set the earning rate (e.g., 10 points per dollar spent)
2. Define redemption amounts (e.g., 100 points = $5 off)

Step 2: Create Rewards

Set up what customers can earn:

• Discounts - Percentage or fixed amount off
• Free items - Specific menu items
• Free delivery - Waive delivery fees
• Special offers - Exclusive deals for loyalty members

Step 3: Enable Passkey Recognition

Passkey recognition allows customers to be identified automatically:

• Customers register their device using fingerprint or face recognition
• When they visit your menu, they're automatically recognized
• Their loyalty balance is displayed
• No need to enter phone numbers or emails
