Configuring Branch Settings

Each branch can have its own settings to match how it operates.

Operating Hours

Set regular hours per day of the week. You can also set special holiday hours or temporary closures.

• Add open and close times for each day
• Set different hours for dine-in vs. pickup vs. delivery
• Mark days as closed

Payment Methods

Choose which payment options each branch accepts:

• Cash
• Card (credit/debit)
• Mobile payments (M-Pesa, GoPay, etc.)
• Online payments
• Vouchers and gift cards

Other Branch Settings

• Order capacity , limit how many orders a branch can handle at once
• Preparation time , estimated time for order readiness
• Service area , delivery radius or pickup zones
• Tax settings , different tax rates per location if needed
