Invoices
Invoices provide a record of your payments and billing history.
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Billing in your dashboard
- Select Invoices
- Browse all past invoices
- View or download any invoice as PDF
- See payment status for each invoice
What's on an Invoice
- Date - When the invoice was issued
- Plan - The plan you were on
- Amount - Total charged
- Status - Paid, pending, or failed
- Branches - Which branches were billed
- Breakdown - Details of charges
Payment Methods
- Credit/debit card - Major cards accepted
- Automatic payments - Billed automatically each cycle
- Manual payments - Pay invoices individually if needed
Troubleshooting
- Failed payment - Check your card details and try again
- Missing invoice - Check the billing period and branch selection
- Discrepancy - Contact support for help
